The premiere

On May 15th 2009 the films were premiered at Arsenal cinema, Potsdamer Platz. The pupils and the teams of artists saw the films for the first time on the big screen. Teachers, friends, parents and supporters of the project came - almost 500 people in all.

After the premiere the films were screened on the Berliner Fenster (the TV-screens in the Berlin tube trains) for a week, where they were seen by over one million people per day. On the day of the premiere at 3pm the homepage of the project went live.

We are delighted to be working in partnership with Be Berlin on the distribution of the films. The films were presented on the Be Berlin website in June 2009 as well as in the Be Berlin "Stadtladen" near Hackescher Markt.
